Business is the act of making one’s living by producing or buying and selling products. Having a business name can come from the business entity from the owner. Which means that the owner of the business is held reliable for any debts incurred by the business. The goal of business is: to fill a need or to solve a problem. Business can be in a form of products or services. Without determining the needs there will be no solutions to provide about the problem thus there will be no customers and also business. In addition, far more and it always goes back to the customer. Successful business owners reach out people who needs to be taken care of. With that, how can any business owners give back to the people who are in dire need of help? The answer would be through funding any local, regional, national or international charities. College and universities were the sole benefactors of GE company, but now the company is catering and even donating also to any nonprofit organizations. Google gives $50 to $12,000 in donations per employee each year. The Google company does not only give back to nonprofit organizations but even to foundations needing their help. The method Google Dot Org is a method the Google has been using especially in giving back to any local, national and global communities and organizations. Google Dot Org donates $100,000,000 to any charity foundations and nonprofit organizations every year. They are also provide seed funding for global entrepreneurs in developing countries, community grants, and disaster reliefs. Google is also providing grants to help boost traffic to nonprofits’ websites through their program called Google Ad Grants.
Starbucks is one of the top companies that are granting any organizations. The Starbuck’s Partner Match Program is granting nonprofit group composed of Canadian employees and retirees volunteer in the United States of America. Youngsters and leadership are also one of the benefactors of the other organizations of Starbucks called Starbucks foundation.
IBM’s team volunteer also grants support to current and especially to retired employees who volunteer together. A money worth of $7,500 can be granted to any eligible school and nonprofit organizations by the IBM company.
